After riding all of my boards that I have their new 92A bushing formula - I take back my previous comment of them being okay. They are wayyyy too hard for the products that penny sells, which are cruiser boards. I basically untightend the bolt on the trucks to just about them coming off, and I still couldnt get a good pump/turn radius/ like i do with their 83a bushings and other soft bushings. Will i be using them on my boards? I think the only "acceptable" use for these would be on their 32" double tail board. Because they are hard and that board is not necessarily a cruiser board. Putting them on a cruiser board is more so "im accepting the fact these are on their." 100% they didnt test this product before selling it. Theres no way a person who cruises and likes to maneuver and do tight turns /semi tight turns , or semi semi tight turns, put these on their board and said "yeah these are great!" and penny "ok". absolutely no way
I ordered these about a month ago. When i ordered it, it said 83a bushings. After receiving them, they actually sent 92a bushings. My order is what made them change the name from 83a to 92a. Im indifferent about them. All other reviews before mine, are for the 83a bushings that they sold. So beware. But for the 92a bushings: Do they work? Yes. Have I had to alter some of the fittings on my board because of them? Also yes. They are also smaller than the og 83a bushings in diameter. But they work. Is it worth paying $5 and also having to pay the flat rate shipping of the $19.99? Or so that they recently changed to? No. I ordered 10 packs in bulk. But that was assuming the formula they had for the 83a were the ones I had from them a while back (the ones without the busting defects etc). Will i be using the bushing for my og purposes? Yes.
